Kids Party Info

Kids Art Parties (ages 5-14)

Kids Art parties includes a private class instructed by a fun energetic local artist with a great personality. We offer a 2 hour party time slot with 30 minutes to setup before all kids parties. We will create a custom- themed or character painting of choice for the party at no additional charge. All kids paintings will be done on a pre-outlined 12x16 canvas. Anyone that books a party of 15 kids or more and doesn't meet the suggested amount stated will be charged an inconvenience fee of $15 per spot.
We provide a table to place your cake, cupcakes, drinks and food.

Paint, aprons, brushes, paper towels, canvases and Bose sound system will be provided by Paint and Jrink. You bring the rest, snacks, hot food, pizza, party favors, juices, decorations, etc. Our music selections is catered to our guest.

Private Kids Indoor (Studio) parties requires 10 or more kids. (See packages below) Outdoor (Courtyard) kids parties just requires a 15 kids minimum. (See prices below).

10 Little Artists Package: $300 (any additional little artist is $30each) $120 deposit

15 Little Artists Package: $420 (any additional little artist is $30each) $150 deposit 

20 Little Artist Package: $545 (any additional little art $15each)   $180 deposit

Courtyard and Kitchen Add-on

$150 additional paid by host:
Private Courtyard/The Gallery Room parties requires 10 kids or more. Includes a full Kitchen to warm food if needed (no cooking allowed) and access to courtyard. $150 deposit is due the day of the event time for Courtyard/Gallery Room. Courtyard/Gallery Room payments do not goes toward kids guest count. (Check cancellation policy and time slots). 

Deposits varies between $120-$180 depending on the amount of kids. Deposit has to be paid to reserve a 2hour daytime slot for all packages. Deposits can be paid on our PAY ONLINE page. (Check cancellation policy and time slots).

-Any kids party booked in a night time slot (7:30pm & beyond) on Fridays & Saturdays will be charged as an adult $40 per kid. (below packages do not apply)


Feel free to create the ultimate experience for your kids parties. Costumed characters and other kiddie personnels are allowed.


For all private art sessions, we recommend at least a 15 minute early arrival for all attending guest, because of the high traffic in the area and parking.

Decorating is allowed at your own expense. You are responsible for setup, clean up and breakdown. You are allowed 30 minute setup prior to party time. (Example: Balloons, Banners, Ribbons, Confetti, Table cloths is allowed) no glitter, blue painters tape only.


Parties will start and end on time as schedule. We are not responsible for anyone arriving late.



 We enforce a two week cancellation policy. As long as your cancellation is at least 14 days before your event you will get a full credit (no cash refund) of your deposit amount or the option to reschedule. If cancelled within 14 to 7 days before party, 50% of your deposit is non-refundable and the remaining amount will be issued as a credit for your next visit. Any cancellations within 7 days before your party, you will forfeit the whole deposit amount (no credit/no cash will be issued). All credits must be redeemed within 90 days after cancellation.  (These rule doesn't apply for Fundraiser Events)


Any individual Prepaid cancellations for all open sessions we be offered a full credit (no cash refund) to reuse at a later date towards an open sessions, private parties, deposits, merchandise (no special events). All credits must be redeemed within 90 days after cancellation.


It's no refund/no credit on Special Events no shows or cancellations. No exceptions. Unless event was cancelled by Paint and Jrink.


If minimum guest amount is not met on a Private Paint Party the host is responsible to cover the balance.
