PAINT PARTY INFORMATION
"LET US PAINT UP YOUR NEXT EVENT"
Here at Paint and Jrink, we love to party! We are surrounded by art, music, culture and great energy.
We are located in the heart of the New Orleans and travels to your party destinations.
Our hosting options :• Kid's parties, field trips and kid's summer programs.
• Birthday parties. Art shows.
• Holiday parties
• Bridal & Baby showers
• Bachelorette parties
• Company events
We also provide options for guys to partake in as well.
Private art parties- You and your guest will have the pleasure of enjoying our beautiful Studio Room yourself. Here at Paint and Jrink, you do not share rooms with other guest for private parties.
STUDIO ROOM: 25 Guest for paint parties/40 guest for events.
Private parties can be scheduled any day of the week except Monday’s. Check our Upcoming Events/Open Session page for available dates and time slots. We reserve on a first come, first serve basis with a paid deposit. Please call or email us to reassure your requested date is still available before paying the deposit online. Reservations are booking up fast!!!
Once your deposit is paid, there's an option to a setup a link online at www.pandjnola.com PAY ONLINE for your guest to pay in advance towards your schedule art event. We highly recommend prepaying.
- For private art sessions, we recommend at least a 15 minutes early arrival for all attending guest. We are located in a high traffic area.
(No Special Third Party coupons can be used for private or special events and/or parties)
-Parties will start and end on time as scheduled. We are not responsible for any late arrivers.
We enforce a two week cancellation policy. As long as your cancellation is at least 14 days before your event, you will get a full Paint and Jrink credit towards your next event (no cash refund) or the option to reschedule. If cancelled within 14 to 7 days before party, 50% of your deposit is non-refundable and the remaining amount will be issued as a Paint and Jrink credit for your next visit. Any cancellations within 7 days before your party, you will forfeit/lose the total deposit amount (no credit/no cash will be issued). All credits must be redeemed within 90 days after cancellation. (Rules does not apply for fundraiser events).
INDIVIDUAL PREPAY CANCELLATIONS
Any individual prepaid cancellations for all open sessions will be offered a full credit (no cash refund) to reuse at a later date towards an open session, private party, deposit and/or merchandise (no special events). All credits must be redeemed within 90 days after cancellation.
SPECIAL EVENTS CANCELLATIONS
No refunds and/or credit issued on special events for no shows or cancellations. No exceptions. Unless the event was cancelled by Paint and Jrink.
If your minimum guest amount is not met on a Private Paint Party, the host will be responsible to cover the balance. No exceptions. Party will not begin.
- Decorating is allowed at your own expense. You are responsible for setup, clean up and breakdown. We recommend that you arrive on time to setup in a timely manner. This gives more time to paint and party. Also time to capture the whol Paint and Jrink experience. (Example: Balloons, Banners, Ribbons, Confetti, Table cloths is allowed) no glitter, blue painters tape only.
-Decorating/setup is included in your party package time. Please choose a proper party package that's suitable for you to receive a great experience. If extra time is needed for setup please view our fees listed below. (Additional Time Add-On)
- We provide tables to place your cake, cupcakes, drinks and food.
-Paint, aprons, brushes, paper towels, canvases and Bose sound system will be provided by Paint and Jrink. You bring the rest, snacks, hot food, wine etc. Our music selections is catered to our guest. Free-Wifi.
- We are not allowed to serve alcohol because of state laws and alcohol permitting.
- Your are allowed to bring in your own drink of choice. “Drink responsibly”. We have taxi cabs on stand by nightly.
- Must be 21 or older to enter with any alcohol
• 2hour Adult Art Session Parties (ages 15 and up)
Adult Art Sessions includes a private step by step class instructed by a local artist. Setup time is included. You get a chance to choose from a wide selection of paintings in our Painting Gallery. This package is for those who wants to focus more on the paintings with less time to party. We can also create a custom- themed painting for you and your guest to paint for an additional one time $40 fee. Customize paintings must be submitted a week before party. All adult paintings will be done on a 16x20 canvas. Anyone that books a party over the minimum and doesn't meet the suggested amount stated will be charged an inconvenience fee of $20 per spot.
$35 per person for:
Private Studio parties requires 10 or more guest. Any number of guest over 10 stated by the host, is required by the studio.
A $105 deposit is due to reserve a 2 hour time slot. (Check cancellation policy and time slots).

Add-ons must be paid by host:
Includes a full Kitchen to warm food if needed (no cooking allowed) and access to courtyard. Courtyard parties can only be booked with a 3hr party option. $150/$50 is due the day of the event. Courtyard/Gallery Room payments do not goes toward guest count. (Check cancellation policy and time slots).
Adult Free-Style Art Parties (ages 12 and up)
It’s a cool way to mix & mingle, laugh, drink, dance,etc., with the beauty of still getting the chance to paint a masterpiece of your choice. We will have up to 8 to 10 canvases set up throughout Paint and Jrink Studio or Courtyard. As each person (artist) finishes up their painting, we will head over to the drying station. We will rotate and replaced easels with blank canvases as the next artist step up and paint the night away with no pre-sketched canvas, no instructions & no rules.
$35 per guest for:
Private Studio Free-Style parties requires 15 or more people. If less than 15 people and you still would like to book your own private free-style session with your guest, it requires a $525 minimum.
$210 is due to reserve a 3 hour time slot. (Check cancellation policy and time slots).
Open Art Sessions
Open Art Sessions are a great way to relax and relieve stress by picking up a brush after work, school or just to get out with friends and family. It's general admission with no minimum required. We also welcome kids (5 and older) to paint with an option to freestyle. Our studio sessions are 2 hours while listening to soft jazz. We recommend all tickets purchased in advance to secure your seat. Walk-ins are welcome. Everyone must arrive at lease 15 minutes before session time but we can't guarantee a spot. We will choose the painting for open session days & nights, so please follow up with our upcoming open sessions on Instagram, website, Twitter & Facebook weekly. Hot food prohibited. Small snacks are welcomed. Bring your own Beverage of choice (BYOB). We provide ice & cups.
Open Sessions are held Wednesday-Thursday. Pop-Up weekend sessions often!
$30-$35 per adult
$20 per child
Additional Time Add-on for Private Paint Parties:
$100 per hour.
Must be requested and paid at the time of deposit, if additional time is available.
DAYTIME Slots: Tuesday-Sunday 12pm and 3:00pm
NIGHT Slots: Tuesday-Sunday 6pm and 9pm.
Paint and Jrink Fundraiser Policy:
The cost for qualified non-profit organizations to host fundraising events at Paint & JRINK is $38-$45 per admission. We will keep the first 10 full payments of the event. Paint & Jrink will donate half of any additional admissions cost to your organization. We have a maximum capacity of 100+ seats.
The person/organization hosting the fundraiser must agree per written contract to sell a minimum of 20 admissions. A deposit of $225 (5 admissions) is required in advance to book an event and secure a date and time slot. Once we post and advertise your event on our public events calendar as a fundraiser, fundraising events may not be cancelled but can be rescheduled with 50% forfeit of paid deposit.
If you fail to meet the minimum sales of 20 obligation, Paint & Jrink will still donate the admission price difference per paid attendee to your organization to honor our promise to customers who signed up for the event with the understanding that they were supporting a charitable cause.
There are no physical tickets to sell. Your supporters will sign up and pay directly at our website www.pandjnola.com. We handle all payment transactions. Last-minute walk-ins are welcome, however we do encourage people to pay in advance so that we can seat groups together and prepare paints for each participant.
We will also help promote your charitable event via social media, in our email blasts, and on our event calendars at the studio. All admission sales, regardless of origin, go toward meeting your minimum, but you are ultimately responsible for meeting the minimum sales requirement.
We require proof of the organization's 501(c) tax status, and proof that you are authorized to coordinate fundraising events on behalf of the organization. (If you are not a 501c organization, talk to us as we may still be able to host your event). Within 5 days following the event, Paint and Jrink will donate proceeds directly to the non-profit organization.
Presently, we allow a maximum of two fundraisers per month on Saturday or Sunday afternoons, or on Tuesday-Thursday evenings, providing we haven't yet posted a public event to our calendar. We suggest you reserve a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of the date you would like to hold your event in order to allow adequate time to sell at least 20 admissions. Painting events last approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
We are happy to help you select a painting that will appeal to a broad range of supporters, and one we haven't offered recently at a public event.
